Your tasks never leave your own devices and your own iCloud. There is no account and no server of ours. The one exception is crash reports, and this page says exactly what they contain.
Nothing about you, and nothing you write. There are no accounts, no servers of ours holding your data, and no way for us to identify you. We could not read your tasks if we wanted to.
The single exception is a crash report, described below.
Your lists, tasks and completion history are stored on your device. If you have iCloud turned on, they also sync through your own iCloud account, in Apple’\s private database. That storage belongs to you, counts against your iCloud quota, and is not readable by us.

If the app crashes, a report is sent to Sentry, a crash reporting service, so the bug can be found and fixed. This is the only time Dueish sends anything to a third party.

It does not contain your tasks, lists, notes, dates, or anything you have typed. It carries no name, no email address, no account, and no advertising or device identifier that would tie a report to you. We strip the parts of a crash report that could carry content before it is sent, rather than trusting the defaults.
If you would rather send nothing at all, turn off Send crash reports in Dueish's own Settings. Nothing is sent from then on.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent through a server, and no notification content leaves your phone.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. To remove synced data, delete the app from your devices and clear Dueish from iCloud in the iOS Settings app under your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage.
Dueish is not directed at children under 13. It collects nothing about anyone, of any age, beyond the crash reports described above — which carry no personal information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever meant collecting something, it would be announced in the app before it took effect.
