Terms of Service

Last updated 10 September 2026

Use of the app

Dueish is provided for personal use. You may use it however you like on devices you control. You may not resell it, or attempt to extract and redistribute its parts.

Your data

Your tasks are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account. We do not hold them and cannot retrieve them for you, which also means we cannot lose them.

Keeping your own backups is your responsibility. iCloud handles this for most people, but it is worth knowing where you stand.

Reminders are best effort

Dueish schedules local notifications through iOS. Whether and when they appear is ultimately up to the operating system and your device settings. Do not rely on Dueish for anything where a missed reminder would be dangerous or costly — medication, legal deadlines, or safety-critical maintenance.

Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranty. It may change, and features may be added or removed between versions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top shows when they last did.
